Bethany Lemley is an Operations Supervisor of the specialized Fine Art and Government teams at FedEx Custom Critical. As a certified Project Manager, Bethany specializes in supporting key organizational strategies with innovative ideas and successful execution. Recent achievements include the reorganization and renewal of the company’s strategies within the government transportation market.
In her 27 years with FedEx, Bethany has worked with several departments to develop improved processes, emphasize compliance and support sustained growth. Lemley is a recipient of the prestigious FedEx Five Star award for excellence and innovation.
As a former Service Unit Director of Girl Scouts of Northeast Ohio for over 15 years, she has been awarded numerous leadership awards including the “Distinguished Woman” award. She continues to volunteer for Junior Achievement, Habitat for Humanity, and various church sponsored outreach programs.
Lemley has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Malone University and a MBA from Southern New Hampshire University. Lemley is also a Notary for the State of Ohio.
Bethany has been married for 30+ years, has 3 daughters and 3 grandchildren.
