Bradley M. Harmon (Brad) is the President/Publisher for The Plain Dealer and cleveland.com. Prior to joining Advance Local in December 2019, Brad was the President and Publisher of The Columbus Dispatch with GateHouse Media for 4 years.

Harmon began his career at The Willoughby News-Herald and then progressed on as a young executive to Thompson Publications. Before joining Advance Local he excelled through the ranks of senior sales and marketing positions at a series of media organizations, including The Oregonian in Portland, Democrat and Chronicle in Rochester, The Indianapolis Star, and The Cincinnati Enquirer. On the entrepreneurial side, Harmon has developed multiple companies in his career including a national high school sports marketing company.

Brad serves on the Board of Directors of the Greater Cleveland Partnership, is a Trustee of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Kidney Foundation of Ohio Board of Directors, Lake Erie College Board of Directors, and is also a board member of the Ohio Newspaper Association. Recently named to Cleveland Magazine 2024 Top 500 Leaders & Influencers. He is a graduate of Lake Erie College with a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing.

Brad resides in Pepper Pike, Ohio with his wife Rachel and two sons, Grant and Gavin.
